The beach is an arc characterized of capes and, just close to the beach one find the small watertight
Ghjlgolu populated by a large variety of herons, ducks, cormorants and other birds.
On this stretch of sea rich of small beaches and coves a lot of rose granitic rocks overlook on the sea.
These rocks are products of water and wind erosion and a lot of them have now zoomorphic forms as the famous
"Tartaruga", just twice cut off or "Gallo di Gallura", called even
"Inquisitore" or "La malinconia".

How to join: From San Teodoro along the main road 125 in Olbia direction one arrive at Montipitrosu, on the right one find all the signs for Cala Ghjlgolu driving even on the left.
